Legacy Planner Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes the “If I Disappear” Ultimate Legacy Planner and related products at ifidisappearplanner.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from the Site, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Legacy Planner Co. is operated by an individual (a sole proprietor), not a registered company. Nothing in this policy should be read as a claim otherwise.
Information we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect:
- Your name and email address — so we can deliver your PDF and contact you about your order.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider, Kunfupay. We do not see or store your full card number; Kunfupay handles that securely on our behalf.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software on this Site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to say so.
How we use your information
- To deliver the product(s) you purchased, by email.
- To send you order-related communication (for example, if there's a problem delivering your file).
- To offer you a related product immediately after checkout (our one-time upsell offer). We do not use your email for ongoing marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who we share information with
We share the minimum information necessary with two service providers who help us run this business:
- Kunfupay — processes your payment. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Kunfupay's own privacy policy.
- Resend — the email service we use to send you your purchase and receipts.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records (your name, email, and what you purchased) for as long as reasonably necessary to handle customer support requests, refunds, and our own basic accounting — typically no longer than a few years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below — we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
